Five Guys University is the official training center for all Five Guys employees. Every employee works with FGU either online, in-store or both! FGU was established in the late 2000s with the purpose of providing consistent training opportunities to employees across the globe. Core course offering focus on Five Guys culture, prep, line operations, and customer service, but there are advanced courses for employees and management to meet the strategic goals of the Five Guys brand.
To date, Five Guys University offers a selection of over 30 courses to 33,000 users across North America, Europe, and the Middle East! We want our employees to feel supported and have the right resources to be successful in their careers at Five Guys.
